Rules & Regulations

We follow some strict rules and regulations!


  • Irregular attendance, habitual inattention to school work, obscenity in work or act, to school authorities, transgressions of the rules given in this diary, cheating or any other misconduct, even outside the school precincts, any behaviour considered by the Principal not suitable to the good tone and general good of the school, are sufficient reasons for punishment, fine even dismissal of the offender.
  • Damage done by the student to school property will have to be made good by him/ her. Classrooms should be kept tidy and attractive. Scribbling on furniture or on walls is strictly forbidden. The class monitors should ensure that lights are switched off when leaving the classroom. Bins must be used appropriately (bio-degradable and non-degradable) for waste paper, etc.
  • Students should procure their books within a week of the declaration of results. All students should have a copy of the school diary making therein proper entries and bringing it to school everyday.
  • Students should be clean and tidy in their person and dress, take pride in their personal appearance, maintain hygiene, body cleanliness, be respectful and obliging to their elders and companions. In the classroom, besides paying attention to cleanliness (a personal bearing), they should create and maintain an atmosphere conducive to serious study.
  • During class time, no student may leave the school premises without the explicit permission of the Principal/Vice principal/Headmistress. Students may leave the classroom only with the teacher’s permission and with the permission pass.
  • Students are not allowed to bring cell phones to school, receive visitors or make/receive telephone calls during the class hours, except for serious reasons.
  • Parents are requested not to disturb the class during school hours. Parent-teacher meetings are arranged during the course of the year. Parents can also meet the teachers on all working Saturdays (except examination days) during the second, third and fourth periods.
  • Celebration of Birthdays and parties in the school is not permitted without the written permission of the principal.
  • All correspondence should be addressed to the Principal. When writing, quote the student’s full name, class, section and roll number.
  • Books, other than school books, periodicals, newspapers or other things not approved by the Principal, should not be brought to the school.
  • Any collection of money or things for any purpose whatsoever is to be done with the explicit permission from the principal. Presenting of gifts to any member of the staff on any occasion, during the school hours, by any student is forbidden.
  • During the absence of the teacher, the class monitors will be responsible for the discipline.
  • Ordinarily, the children are not allowed to attend parties or go to a friend’s house on their way home from school unless there is a written permission from their parents.
  • No student should be seen anywhere except in their place of work and play.
  • All students should come to school on time, i.e before 10:00 a. m. during winter and 9.00 a. m. during summer. Habitual late comers may be asked to go back home. Punctuality and discipline should be the watchwords of every student. Report on time; be brisk in your walk.
  • Prayers before the class and after the class are to be prayed with utmost concentration and devotion.
  • During the school assembly prayer, everyone in the school campus, including the parents and visitors are directed to maintain the prayer position and join the prayer.
